The Goose Foie Gras is more delicate and subtle than the duck Foie Gras. This recipe with Juraçon offers some interesting, delicious, sweet notes. Its creamy texture makes it ideal as an aperitif or with a gourmet salad.

Preparation: Put the box in the refrigerator a few hours before serving your block of foie gras.
We recommend that you open the bottom of the box, remove one, and gently press the other.
You can then slice it using a lyre or a thin knife blade dipped in hot water. Good tasting.
